“Former contributor Arnaud Selesneff (aka DJSLY), shares his impressive Super Star Destroyer”
I build the Super Star Destroyer with Korbanth resin kit. It took me three months to complete it. The first step was drilling holes with a dremel for the passage of optical fiber 0.50mm. In total I have used about 500 feet of the .50mm fiber and drilled about 800 holes.
The base is covered by a mirror in order to watch the fiber details under the ship. >>>
“While Arnaud’s project page does not delve into deep photo detail of some of his build steps, it’s still a very impressive and inspirational share ~ Thank you again Arnaud for being a great customer and contributor! (BTW: Love the Star Wars Room!)”
